Custom software, from idea to production.

I’m Aleksander Sokoli, a full-stack software engineer. I design and build web apps, internal business systems and mobile apps that businesses use every day to work better — a single point of contact from analysis to launch, no middlemen, no surprises.

My code is running in production for Autostrade per l’Italia, FCA and local SMEs.

What I can build for you

No off-the-shelf packages: every project starts from your processes and your budget. These are the areas I work in every day.

Custom web apps and internal business systems

Portals, dashboards and internal business systems built around your company’s actual processes: orders, jobs, inventory, real-time monitoring. They replace Excel spreadsheets and manual handoffs, not people.

  • Angular / React
  • .NET
  • PostgreSQL
  • Real-time

iOS and Android mobile apps

One codebase, two stores: I build the app, publish it on the App Store and Google Play, and keep it updated over time. You deal with one person for both platforms, not two.

  • Flutter
  • Capacitor
  • Store publishing

Websites and e-commerce

Fast, polished sites built to rank on Google: the first impression your customers get of your business. A slow, dated site costs you customers before they even get in touch.

  • Next.js
  • SEO
  • Performance

Integrations, AI and industrial systems

I get the systems you already use talking to each other: APIs, machinery and devices (serial, SNMP, radio), AI-driven automation. It’s the work I do every day on monitoring platforms for critical infrastructure.

  • API & webhook
  • Hardware / IoT
  • AI & automation

Cloud, deployment and ongoing support

Software doesn’t end at launch: AWS infrastructure, backups, monitoring and maintenance for a clear, recurring fee. If something breaks at 8pm, you know who to call.

  • AWS
  • CI/CD
  • Monitoring
  • Maintenance

Real software, used every day

No showpieces here: platforms running in production for businesses and thousands of users. Some I built for clients, others I conceived and brought to market myself — from the first commit to launching on the app stores.

Respondr

Emergency comms with no lag, from the control room to the team on the ground.

Respondr unifies radio, intercom and IP voice channels in a single push-to-talk interface: whoever coordinates talks to one team or all of them with a single key, whoever is on the ground answers from a phone, a desktop or the radio they already carry. Minimal latency, every channel in view, and nothing to rip out.

  • In production for Autostrade per l’Italia
  • Used in safety-critical environments, around the clock
  • Designed and developed end-to-end by me
Channel interface of the Respondr push-to-talk platform

Features

  • Low-latency real-time audio
  • Third-party radio integration
  • Channels, groups and patching across teams

A shipyard’s entire after-sales in one system, instead of email and spreadsheets.

Whoever opens the app knows where every job stands, without having to ask.

Features

  • Work orders pinned onto the boat’s deck plans
  • Change requests and warranties tracked

ToriSet

No maintenance deadline ever slips again.

ToriSet is a search engine for user and maintenance manuals and, at the same time, the register that works out your assets’ due dates on its own — fixed dates, intervals since the last service, running hours — and warns the right people before anything lapses. The regulations are already built in, so compliance stops being a spreadsheet.

Features

  • Search across the manual database
  • Due dates calculated and recalculated automatically
  • Reminders at 30, 14, 7 and 1 day
  • Rules that follow the standards (UNI, Italian law 116/2021)
  • Shared teams, sites and service records

PitStop1

A workshop people can find on Google and book from their phone.

CncFly

From a technical drawing to G-Code, with AI reading the drawing.

A working prototype built to answer one question: how much of CNC programming can actually be automated? Upload the PDF or a photo of a technical drawing, declare the machines and tools on your shop floor, and the AI proposes the G-Code. The idea holds up; validating it on real shop floors is the next step.

How I work, no surprises

Commissioning software shouldn’t be a leap in the dark. That’s why the process is always the same, from first contact to ongoing support.

  1. 01

    Listening and analysis

A free call to understand your goals, processes and constraints. If I can help, I’ll tell you straight away; if I’m not the right person for the job, I’ll tell you that too.

  2. 02

    A clear proposal

A quote written in plain English, not legalese: what I’ll build, what it costs, when it’ll be ready. The agreed price is the price — no surprises halfway through.

  3. 03

    Iterative development

Releases every one or two weeks on a staging environment: you watch the software take shape, try it out, and we fix things together before it’s too late to change course.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

Deployment to production, hands-on training for your team, and ongoing support once it’s live. The software stays yours, source code included — no dependence on me to keep using it.
